In this talk, I will give a short survey on the recent development of the Lichnerowicz and Obata type theorems on the first positive eigenvalue for the sub-Laplacian and Kohn Laplacian on the pseudo-Hermitian manifolds.

 

李松鹰教授1992年博士毕业于美国匹兹堡大学，现为美国加州大学尔湾分校数学系教授。李松鹰教授研究方向是多复变、复流形上的偏微分方程。已在Amer. J. Math, J. of Differential Geometry, Advance in Math., J. of Functional Analysis, Trans. Of AMS等国际知名期刊发表70多篇学术论文，多次应邀在国际学术会议做报告，曾三次应邀在世界华人数学家大学做45分钟邀请报告。
